FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Q: Do you bring your own cleaning chemicals and equipment?
A: We provide all the equipment needed such as commercial vacuums, commercial power washers, commercial mops and buckets, brooms, etc. If you need us to supply our own cleaning chemicals then that will have to be negotiated in the price. The only things we do not supply are hand soap, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and garbage bags which will be supplied by your firm.
2. Q: Can I get an estimate on the web or over the phone?
A: Yes, we give you an accurate estimate over the web or phone, however we will still need to see your office/establishment before a final price is agreed upon to avoid any information you may have mistyped, left out, or were just unaware of. If after our business hours, the best way to get an estimate is to go to the "Prices" box on the left side of this page and submit the information requested to our e-mail. This will save you time since these are the same questions we would ask you over the phone. We will contact you shortly after we re-open the next business day either by fax (best to get in touch by fax and you'll get a quicker response), phone or e-mail with complete pricing information.
3. Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We accept cash or cheques and we'll give you a receipt.
4. Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, you are not bound to any contract (restaurants, offices are excluded due to bigger establishments). However, we have optional cleaning contracts of 4, 8, or 12 months), our only security is your day to day satisfaction. However, you must sign a contract for payment agreement before we start the cleaning job.
5. Q: What if I'm not happy with your work?
A: We offer highly trained and well supervised staff for our cleaning services, but if you are not completely satisfied with a specific area that has been cleaned by us, you inform us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at a free of charge.
6. Q: What if a member of your staff breaks something?
A: Our insurance carriers will handle any major losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.
7. Q: Who will be cleaning my business?
A: All of our employees are professionally trained, insured, and owner/manager supervised.
8. Q: Do you work on holidays?
A: If your cleaning schedule falls on a holiday, we will clean on the day before and the day after the holiday, however if you do require your office/establishment to be cleaned on a holiday, we will clean it at an additional charge.
9. Q: What if an emergency situation should arise on a holiday, non- scheduled cleaning day or even on a scheduled cleaning day, but not during normal cleaning hours?

All prices will vary depending on each emergency.
