Cleaning Services Offered:

Vacuuming of carpets, including edges of all unobstructed objects and baseboards (using commercial vacuums)
Sweeping and mopping of hard surface floors.
Scrubbing with a brush stick of restaurant kitchen, and restroom floors.
Empty and replace all waste receptacles.
Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, lights witches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas.
Low
dusting and cleaning of horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks,
chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture, and unobstructed work
areas).
** High dusting includes building structures, and objects 5-15 feet high.
Sanitize and polish all water fountains.

Restrooms:
Thoroughly clean and mop with a germicide. Clean mirrors, partitions,
urinals, toilets, sinks, counter tops, and tiled walls using
disinfectant/detergents. Refilling of soap, paper products and waste
receptacles will be performed with supplies furnished by your firm.
Sweep surface of immediate exterior entry areas.
Commercial
and residential power washing of patios, driveways, decks,
fences, exteriors of buildings/houses, vehicles, boats, construction
equipment, and more. Power washing season runs from May 1st-October
15th. (Additional cost)
Personalized cleaning services available to suit your needs upon request.
** Note: If
high dust has not been cleaned for a long period of time or years, it
may need some scraping off the dust as it may be greasy, sticky and it
may be hard to get it off. There will be an additional charge for the
extra work.
